Who we are

This website is run by Aksali Technologies, which is responsible for the information you send through it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company if given, and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and no account is needed to use the site.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How it is delivered

Messages are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes them only to deliver them.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.

Protecting the form

To stop the form being misused, the IP address a message comes from is held briefly in server memory to limit repeated sending. We do not save it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts, images and films are served from the site itself, so browsing it does not send your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email hello@aksali.com.

Changes to this notice

If the way this site handles information changes, this notice is updated first. The version published here is the one that applies.
