Tell us about the problem you are trying to solve. You do not need a technical specification. A clear description of what is not working, or what you want to exist, is the best place to start.

QUESTIONS
Before you write
Straight answers to what people usually ask before a first conversation.
01What does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, so we do not quote a figure before we understand the problem. After the first conversation you receive a written plan setting out what we will build, how, and what it will take. You decide whether to go ahead from there.
02How long does a project take?
That depends on the problem too, and the timeline is part of the written plan. Whatever the length, we work in short increments, so you see working software early and often rather than waiting for one reveal at the end.
03Will we own what you build?
Yes. The code, the documentation and the knowledge to run the system are handed over to you, so you are never locked in to working with us.
04Can you work on an existing system or model?
Yes. We improve existing codebases in place, one measured step at a time rather than through a risky rewrite, and we evaluate existing models independently before you rely on them.
05We are not based in Pakistan. Can we work together?
Yes. We work with clients remotely and arrange calls at times that suit both sides.
06Is what we share kept confidential?
Yes. What you tell us about your project is used only to understand it and reply. We do not share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
07What happens after launch?
You can run the system yourselves with everything we hand over, or we can stay on to maintain and improve it as your needs change.
08What if you are not the right fit?
We will tell you. We take on work we can do well, and say so when something is outside our depth, or when you do not need us at all.
